Usage Instructions: 1. Remove the transparent film from each gel pad. Each pad has two plastic films. 2. Place the gel square evenly and firmly on the pads, ensuring no bubbles or wrinkles. 3. Peel off the "Paste Skin" film and apply the sticky gel side directly onto the pain area, on dry, clean, and healthy skin.

Care Instructions: - Store the gel pads in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. - Do not clean the gel pads. Their lifespan depends on skin/climate conditions, and proper storage can extend their usage up to 30 times.

Durability: - Our TENS unit replacement gel pads can be reused up to 30-50 times. - Recommended usage is 3 sessions per day, with a maximum of 30 minutes per session. Sessions should not be consecutive.
