To use the Wrist Blood Pressure Monitor correctly: 1. Remove any jewelry accessories on your wrist. 2. Wrap the wristband firmly around your wrist, with the edge 1-2 cm away from the wrist. 3. Ensure the monitor is directly in front of your wrist. 4. Remain quiet and keep the monitor at the same height as your heart during the measurement. 5. Touch the button to start the measurement, which takes approximately 40 seconds. Do not move or talk during this process.

Precautions for measurement: a) Avoid vigorous exercise, smoking, or consumption of stimulants/sedatives (such as coffee or alcohol) 30 minutes before the measurement. b) Rest in a comfortable and stable environment for at least five minutes before the measurement. c) Typically, the measurement is taken in a sitting position. d) Use the same hand for each measurement. e) Take at least two measurements, with an interval of not less than five minutes; different individuals may require longer intervals. f) Patients with arrhythmia and arteriosclerosis should be professionally diagnosed by medical personnel.
